Hey guys, I wanted to know if you have a couple of minutes to help me with a survey on social media. The survey has 10 multiple choice questions, and focuses on how companies are using social media, what their budgets are, what’s working, what isn’t, etc. The survey should take 2-3 mins tops, and will give us a good overview of how companies are using social media.
And if you’re willing to take this survey, there’s a couple of perks for you; First, I’ll let you download a PDF called A BluePrint for Responding to Negative Comments that I created just for people that take the survey. If you’re interested in how your company should handle negative comments, this PDF gives you some good advice and some examples of possible negative comments, and how you should respond.
The second benefit to taking the survey is that I’ll let everyone that does see the results first. I’ll publish the results next month here, but I’ll let everyone that completes the survey see it when it closes.
