Mack, Good Morning, Thanks for the mention, much appreciated.
Twitter is a great tool. We encourage all of our employees to utilize twitter, and have followed the same theory, in that it is @Brandon_Urbane or @Heather_Urbane or @Kim_Urbane, which gives each person their own personality, and who they are but also allows Urbane some Brand Awareness.

I love ABL in the extra credit. If I can get #7 down, I should be kicking some ass.

Too, I'm working on #5, but that's tough - Monty is a great example. What if it were the other way around? Logo big, photo small? hmm

Good, solid, information that "makes sense" of the basics for people that don't yet "get it." Social media tools provide massive opportunities for real-time conversation (and good conversationalists are also good listeners). Thanks Mack!

Thanks. Just found that my company has a twitter page and I must do some research. Maybe I can convince them to Twitter more, who knows. Your information was on point.

Mack! Were you looking over my shoulder when I was writing my presentation for the conference next week? OK, really, you have this spot on. Twitter is a conversation. There's a reason Dell made millions using Twitter properly.

Thanks for the solid recommendations.
I love and preach about twitter, but it is so true that it is not for every business. I often see companies and organizations throwing people at it with no clue, and some start by doing more harm than good, even with the best intentions. It doesn't look pretty when you read the first tweets from an organization profile saying "Please follow me" "Is anybody there" "Nobody is talking to me" every hour.
