Thanks SO much for the feedback on the first episode of The Fan-Damn-Tastic Marketing Show, I really do appreciate it!  If you have any feedback on this episode please leave a comment here, email me or leave it on Twitter with hashtag #FanDamnShow.

In this episode I’ll be talking about how you can leverage online reviews on Amazon and other sites in two ways:

1 – Learning how you can improve your product and marketing by examining reviews left for competing products.

2 – Learning how you can improve your product and marketing by examining reviews left for your own products.

All this in just 8 minutes!  Hope you enjoy and here is the direct link to listen to this episode or you can below as well.

Nice job, Mack! Helpful insights on the (largely untapped) value of online reviews for brands. And, of course, love your accent! 🙂

Thank you Kerry, I like your accent as well! Online reviews are a great source of market research, and the feedback customers give in reviews can often be clues to increasing sales, as in the Land’s End example. Thanks for listening!

    Hello Mack,

What an excellent podcast! Love it!

I actually did something similar when working on my newly released ebook. It was very helpful to understand what my audience may be looking for.

People are often scared of feedback, but it’s the only way to serve an audience to the best of your ability.

Is there a way that I could embed the podcast on my blog?

Thank you Cendrine! I’m not sure about embedding, but here’s the link to the ‘blog’ where the episodes are housed, and it has a link to download each one – http://fandamnshow.libsyn.com/

Have a great Memorial Day weekend!
