		<description>Mack, thank you so much for sharing these two examples. The objections that are commonly expressed by companies around social media are all rooted in the fear of losing control. Is it scary to let go? Of course! But these examples clearly demonstrate that when we invite others to truly partner by loosing the reigns of control, our brand gains more than we ever could have hoped or plan to attain.
