      Thank you Vivian! As the amount of links being shared via social media continues to grow, a compelling and succinct headline will be more and more important. Writing better headlines is definitely a skill worth investing some time in!

    Great presentation, Mack. Thanks for sharing. I think #5 (allowing visitors to feel like they have a sense of ownership) is absolutely huge. If you give them a space to care, they might actually start to care. If you make it impossible for them to feel like they have an impact, they won’t bother trying to have an impact. Great stuff!
