I just asked this question during #Blogchat, here are some of the responses I got:
Which sites are you using to promote your blog posts and how? Share with us in the comments, please 😉

My name is Mack Collier and I am a digital marketing and content strategist located in Alabama. Since 2006 I've helped companies of all sizes from startups to global brands such as Adobe, Dell and Ingersoll-Rand, create customer-centric programs, content and experiences. A long-time internet geek, I've been online since 1988 and began using social networking sites in 1991 when I joined Prodigy. Today, I help companies understand how new technologies like web3, crypto and artificial intelligence can integrate with existing marketing strategies to lead to exceptional customer experiences.

Great capture! We had some great suggestions on #blogchat tonight; and may of these were outside of Twitter and Facebook which we tend to gravitate toward first. Good to know there are other viable options out there.

I personally use lots of ways as well, be it LinkedIn, Digg, StumbleUpon and blog communities like BlogEngage or BloggerLuv. Communities in particular have the advantage of putting you in the middle of other individuals who share your same passion, social media, also if sometimes used in different niches of influence (be it technology, marketing and whatnot).
I really need to follow #Blogchat with more attention *bows head in shame*

I’ll go with digg and stumbleupon as they’re very much capable to bring lot of traffic.

I love, love, love the creating a font out of your own handwriting idea! LOVE!
We also use Delicious, Diigo, Instapaper, and Reader to attract new readers. Now if I could figure out how to get something other than Twitter as our number one traffic driver.
