About Mack Collier

My name is Mack Collier and I am a digital marketing and content strategist located in Alabama. Since 2006 I've helped companies of all sizes from startups to global brands such as Adobe, Dell and Ingersoll-Rand, create customer-centric programs, content and experiences. A long-time internet geek, I've been online since 1988 and began using social networking sites in 1991 when I joined Prodigy. Today, I help companies understand how new technologies like web3, crypto and artificial intelligence can integrate with existing marketing strategies to lead to exceptional customer experiences.

Hi, Mack. Can’t see the survey on my iPhone. Had to use my desktop then increased to 200% in order to see it. Hope this helps.

    Nice post, Mack!

It’s interesting how our toolkits will need to radically change to achieve this, though. Beyond just a shift from advertising to engagement. It means we need to change how we measure social engagement, influence and even CRM efforts if we project it forward far enough.
